Prof. Dr. Dra. Retno Kusumastuti Hardjono, M.Si.
Prof. Dr. Dra. Retno Kusumastuti, M.Si., a Bandung native, is a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI). He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Fiscal Administration from UI in 1994. After that, he pursued a master's degree in Administration Science at UI and graduated in 2004. In 2013, he earned a doctorate in Administration Science after completing his doctoral studies at the same campus, the University of Indonesia. He officially received the title of Professor on September 1, 2024.
Prof. Retno, who is currently the Dean of FIA UI for the 2025-2029 period, was previously awarded the Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Thru Incubation by the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation in 2014 and the International Knowledge Based Management for Young Leadership in ASEAN by the JICA Program in 2014.
Dr. Andreo Wahyudi Atmoko, M.Si.
Dr. Andreo Wahyudi Atmoko completed his Bachelor of Political Science degree from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at the University of Indonesia (UI) in 1994. He then pursued his Master's degree and graduated from the Administrative Science program at FISIP UI in 2002. He continued his doctoral studies at the same university and successfully obtained a Doctor of Administrative Science degree from FISIP UI in 2009. This man, born in Pringsewu (Lampung) on February 23, 1969, is quite active in the world of scientific writing.
Donny Oktavian Syah, S.E., M.E-Bus., Ph.D.
Donny Oktavian Syah was born in Yogyakarta on October 19th. Completed a doctoral degree (S-3) in 2020 at the Graduate School of International Development, Economic Policy and Management, Nagoya University in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, with a BPPLN (Overseas Postgraduate Education Scholarship) from the Ministry of Education and Culture. The dissertation focused on vertical partnerships in the automotive industry. In 2005, I graduated with a master's degree (S-2) in E-Business Management from the Graduate School of International Management at the International University of Japan (IUJ) in Minami Uonuma, Niigata, Japan, with the assistance of a JASSO (Japan Student Services Organization) scholarship.
He had a career in several companies in Indonesia and Japan, starting as a marketing manager, trainer, and management and business consultant before becoming a permanent lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Indonesia.
He is actively involved in various business, social, and community organizations, having served as an officer in Persada (Persatuan Alumni Dari Jepang) Jakarta Branch, ADI (Asosiasi Dosen Indonesia), and JIK-C (Japan Indonesia Kaizen Center). Being a reviewer for several nationally indexed journals in Indonesia.
Dr. Rachma Fitriati, M.Si., M.Si (Han).
Dr. Rachma Fitriati, S.Sos., M.Si. received her doctorate in administrative science from the University of Indonesia in 2012. Before that, this woman had already completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Indonesia, graduating in 1997, and her Master's degree from the same institution, graduating in 2001. He also returned to pursue a Master's degree in Universal War Strategy from the National Defense University and successfully graduated in 2014.
Rachma is a very productive teacher in scientific activities. In 2015, Rachma was appointed as an expert staff member to the Secretary-General of the Regional Representative Council (DPD RI) from 2015 to 2015. He also received recognition as the Most Productive Lecturer from the Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia in 2012.
